The Mayfair Capital PUT Fund was established in July 2010 by Mayfair Capital Investment Management Ltd in conjunction with Schroder Property Managers (Jersey) Limited acting as the Manager.
Initial equity of £104m was committed to MCPUT by 22 investors being pension fund clients of SPIM along with co-investment from the Directors of MCIM.
